Display Energy Certificates (DEC)
Accredited to prepare and lodge DEC's for non domestic buildings and sites
Provide general energy management support including data analysis, metering and compliance activities - UK ETS and ISO 50001
Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Accredited to prepare both level 3 and 4 EPC's for non domestic properties. Includes BRUKL reporting.
Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS)
An accredited ESOS Lead assessor able to undertake the energy surveys and support the submission and annual reporting.
Provide Scope 1, 2 and 3 CO2 emission assessments and potential mitigation strategy.
Include renewable reviews - PV and Wind
Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES)
Undertake reviews of non domestic properties to determine measures required to achieve compliance.
